Which Alva cookware material is right for me?
Ceramic nonstick is the easiest to cook on and clean, 5-ply stainless steel sears like a chef’s pan and lasts a lifetime, carbon steel loves high heat and builds natural seasoning, and enameled cast iron holds heat for braises and bread. Every collection page explains where each material shines.
Is Alva cookware non-toxic?
Every coated Alva line is independently screened by TÜV Rheinland against a 638-substance panel — including PFAS, PFOA and PTFE — and we publish every lab report on our Testing & Materials page.
Does Alva cookware work on induction stoves?
Most Alva lines are fully induction-compatible and all work on gas, electric and ceramic ranges. Check the Materials & Compatibility section on any product page for specifics.
What warranty does Alva cookware come with?
Every piece is covered — lifetime on Maestro 5-ply stainless, Artist carbon steel and Nori cast iron; 10 years on Maestro ceramic nonstick and Forest carbon steel; 5 years on Energy, Neat and Mobi ceramic. Details on our warranty page.
