What exactly is included in the 8-piece set?
Five cookware pieces and three lids: 8-inch and 11-inch frying pans, a 2-qt saucepan with lid, a 4.5-qt stock pot with lid, and a 4-qt sauté pan with lid. The frying pans do not include lids.
How is this ceramic nonstick different from traditional nonstick?
Its ceramic nonstick surface is made without PFAS, PTFE or PFOA. It helps delicate foods release with less sticking, without a conventional PTFE nonstick coating.
Will it work on induction, and can it go in the oven?
Yes. It works on gas, electric and induction cooktops and is oven safe up to 400°F. For a set, always follow the lowest temperature limit of the pieces and accessories used together.
How do I keep the nonstick surface performing well?
Use low to medium heat and a little oil or butter. Let it cool before washing; hand-wash with a soft sponge and use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils. Avoid aerosol cooking sprays and abrasive scrubbers.
Can I try it at home, and what warranty applies?
