How much do I save buying a set?
Sets are priced up to 33% below buying the same pieces individually. The exact savings are shown on each set page next to the price.
Do the sets work on induction?
Yes — Alva sets are built with stainless induction bases and work on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops. Check the Materials & Compatibility section on any set page for specifics.
What warranty covers my set?
All cookware warranties are limited to manufacturing defects under normal household use. Stainless steel, Artist/Black Angus carbon steel and enameled cast iron have limited lifetime coverage; Maestro ceramic nonstick and Forest carbon steel have limited 10-year coverage; Energy, Mobi and Neat ceramic nonstick have limited 5-year coverage. Normal wear, gradual loss of nonstick performance, misuse and accidental damage are excluded. View coverage and exclusions.
Can I return a set if it is not right?
Try your cookware at home for 45 days from delivery. Used cookware is welcome, including normal wear, seasoning or discoloration. Return it in reasonable condition with all original parts and accessories. Alva covers one prepaid return label per order. View return policy.
