Warranty Policy

We stand behind our craftsmanship and materials. If your Alva product has a manufacturing defect that affects its use or longevity under normal home cooking conditions, we'll repair or replace it at no charge.

How to get Warranty Service 

Contact us at care@alvacookware.com with:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Your contact information

Once approved, return the product with prepaid shipping. We'll handle the rest.

Warranty Coverage by Product Material  

Carbon Steel: Limited Lifetime Warranty 

Covers defects affecting use or performance. Rust, appearance changes, and normal seasoning variations are not covered, as these are natural characteristics of carbon steel.

Stainless Steel: Limited Lifetime Warranty 

Covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear from metal utensils, dishwasher use, discoloration, or damage from excessive heat is not covered.

Ceramic Nonstick: 10-Year Limited Warranty 

Covers manufacturing defects when used properly. Coating wear from metal utensils, high heat (above 400°F), dishwasher use, or normal use over time is not covered.

Enameled Cast Iron: Limited Lifetime Warranty 

Covers manufacturing defects and products damaged during shipping. Normal wear, metal utensil marks, excessive heat (above 500°F), or dishwasher damage is not covered.

    What's Not Covered 

    This warranty doesn't cover damage from:

    • Commercial or professional use
    • Improper care or storage
    • Metal utensils, excessive heat, or dishwasher use (where specified)
    • Normal wear and cosmetic changes
    • Accidents, drops, or thermal shock
    • Abrasive cleaners or scouring pads

    Important Notes

    • Valid for original US purchasers with proof of purchase
    • Only applies to products bought from Alva or authorized retailers
    • Replacement products may differ in color from your original
    • We may use refurbished parts in repairs

    Disclaimer, Limitation on Liability

    To the extent permissible by applicable law, the product is provided “as is” and this warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to the product.

    Alva's sole and exclusive liability under this US warranty, and the US consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except as set forth in this limited warranty, in no event will Alva or its suppliers be liable for procurement of substitute products or other special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or related to the product or its use by you or any third party. In no event will Alva's total liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue giving rise to such liability. Any oral or written description of a product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty.

    This warranty (US only) gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, or country to country.

    Because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty only applies to products manufactured by Alva and purchased directly from Alva or Alva’s authorized sellers. This warranty does not apply to products purchased from any sellers that are not authorized by Alva.
