Is there a minimum order?
Tell us how many gifts you need in the form. We'll let you know what we can offer for that size of order, whether it's a dozen pans or several hundred.
Can you ship each gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Send us your recipient list and we ship each gift individually. For events and office deliveries we can also ship everything to one address.
Can you add our logo?
Ask us. Logo options depend on the product, the quantity and your timeline. Tick the options you're interested in on the form and we'll confirm what's possible for your order.
How is pricing handled for larger orders?
Every corporate order is quoted individually. Send us your quantities, budget per gift and the products you have in mind, and we'll reply with a quote.
Can you meet a specific delivery date?
Tell us the date you need gifts in hand and we'll confirm whether we can meet it before you order. For holiday gifts, the earlier you ask, the more options you have.
What warranty do recipients get?
The same limited warranty as any Alva purchase, set by line: 10 years on Maestro Ceramic and Neat, 25 years on 5-Ply Stainless and Nori enameled cast iron, and 3 to 25 years across the other lines. See our warranty terms.
Is the cookware safe?
Alva's ceramic nonstick is made without PFAS, PTFE or PFOA, and our uncoated 5-ply stainless, carbon steel and enameled cast iron have no nonstick coating at all. We publish the independent lab reports from TÜV Rheinland and Intertek on our Testing & Materials page.
