What exactly is included?
1.5-qt saucepan + lid; 3-qt saucepan + lid; 7-qt stock pot + lid. Piece counts include lids and accessories where listed.
Will food stick to stainless steel?
Stainless steel is not designed to behave like nonstick. Preheat gradually, add oil once the pan is warm, then let proteins cook until they naturally release after a sear forms. That browning is also what creates flavorful fond for pan sauces.
Does it work on induction and in the oven?
Yes. It works on gas, electric and induction and is oven safe up to 500°F / 260°C.
Can I really cook with it during the 45-day trial?
Cook with it in your own kitchen for 45 days from delivery. If it is not right for you, start a return within that window. Used cookware is welcome when returned in reasonable condition with all original parts and accessories; Alva provides one prepaid return label per order.
Is stainless steel hard to clean?
Most residue releases after the pan cools and is soaked briefly in warm, soapy water. For browned-on food, deglazing while the pan is warm can loosen fond before washing. Follow the stainless-steel care guide for discoloration or mineral marks.
