Alva’s aluminum nonstick skillet is hand wash recommended, meaning not dishwasher safe. To properly clean, scrub the skillet with mild dish soap, warm water, and a soft cloth or sponge. A cloth or sponge is recommended to avoid damaging the ceramic surface. In case of more stubborn messes, adding a mild abrasive like baking soda with water to scrub the pan will help to remove the mess.

Yes, all Alva aluminum cookware has a 10 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is intended to cover issues due to defective materials. It does not apply to scratches caused by sharp metal objects, normal wear and tear, negligence, and improper or commercial use. Damage caused by heavy impact or dropping of the product, disassembly.
