Good questions, straight answers

Everything you’re wondering

What is this cookware best for?
Make soups, pasta, stews and larger simmered meals with a ceramic nonstick interior that helps reduce stuck-on food.
How is this ceramic nonstick different from traditional nonstick?
Its ceramic nonstick surface is made without PFAS, PTFE or PFOA. It helps delicate foods release with less sticking, without a conventional PTFE nonstick coating.
Will it work on induction, and can it go in the oven?
Yes. It works on gas, electric and induction cooktops and is oven safe up to 400°F. For a set, always follow the lowest temperature limit of the pieces and accessories used together.
How do I keep food releasing easily?
Cook on low to medium with a little oil or butter, use wood or silicone utensils, and hand wash with a soft sponge. Those habits keep eggs and delicate fish sliding out cleanly, cook after cook. For high-heat searing, pair it with uncoated Maestro 5-ply stainless steel.
