Good questions, straight answers

Everything you’re wondering

What is this cookware best for?
The generous 7-quart capacity is useful for pasta, soup, stock, seafood and batch cooking when you need room to stir without overcrowding.
Why choose uncoated 5-ply stainless steel?
Its fully clad 5-ply construction distributes heat across the cooking surface for browning and control. There is no synthetic nonstick coating to wear away, and no PFAS, PTFE or PFOA coating is added.
Does it work on induction, and is it oven safe?
Yes. This cookware works on gas, electric and induction cooktops and is oven safe up to 500°F. Check the temperature rating of any accessory used with it.
Will rice, oatmeal or sauces stick in a stainless pot?
Starches and sugars are the ones that catch. Bring liquids up on medium rather than high, stir at the start, and keep oatmeal and rice at a low simmer with the lid on. If something does stick, fill the pot with warm water and a squeeze of dish soap, leave it 20 minutes, and it lifts with a sponge. Salt water after it boils, not before, to avoid pitting the base.
