Email Preferences

You're in control of what lands in your inbox. Depending on what you'd like to do, here's the fastest route:

Change what emails you get (or take a break)

Open any email from Alva and click "Manage preferences" in the footer. That's a secure link personal to you — it opens your preference center, where you can pick topics (new launches, offers, cooking tips), switch to a weekly best-of, pause emails for 60 days, or unsubscribe entirely. Changes apply immediately.

Why can't you do it right here? Because this page can't know which subscriber you are — the link in your email can. It's a privacy feature, not a runaround.

Have an Alva account?

Log in to your account and update your marketing preferences there — changes sync automatically.

Text messages

Reply STOP to any Alva text to opt out of SMS instantly. Email and SMS preferences are managed separately.
