Does it work on induction?

Yes. Every piece works on all stovetops — gas, electric, ceramic, and induction.

Is it dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand-washing to maximize coating life — it genuinely takes 30 seconds because nothing sticks. (The 5-ply stainless line is the dishwasher-friendly one, if that's a priority.)

How is this different from Caraway or GreenPan sets?
