- Orders placed before 1PM ET (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 1PM ET or on weekends will ship the next business day.
- Please allow additional time during holidays or peak periods.
US Standard Shipping
We work to get your Alva cookware to you quickly and safely.
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $179.
- Orders under $179 ship at a flat rate.
- Most orders arrive within 2–5 business day.

Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection must be added at time of purchase and is non-refundable. Please see guidelines below:
- Lost - Stuck in transit Claims must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
- Stolen - Marked as delivered Claims must be filed between 5 and 30 days from when the order was marked delivered.
- Damaged - Claims must be filed with photos of the damaged package and item(s), no later than 30 days from when the order was marked delivered.
All claims can be filed here. Claims can be filed 24/7 and replies are typically received within 24 hours.
Returns & Exchanges
If something isn’t right, we offer a straightforward return process.
- Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Free exchanges or store credit are always available
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method after processing.

Taxes & Duties
For applicable locations, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option of DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
Warranty Coverage
Cookware should last for years.
All Alva cookware is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects when used under normal household conditions. Warranty coverage length and terms vary by product.
