Alva’s cast aluminum nonstick wok pans are hand wash only, meaning not dishwasher safe. To properly clean, scrub the wok with mild dish soap, warm water, and a soft cloth or sponge. A cloth or sponge is recommended to avoid damaging the ceramic surface. In case of more stubborn messes, adding a mild abrasive like baking soda with water to scrub the pan will help to remove the mess.
