Season, Care & Revival Instructions

Heat pan on medium heat, add oil of choice
When the pan begins to smoke rub out the oil with kitchen or paper towel.
Completely dry with a new paper towel
Revival: Repeat periodically or as needed

Cool before cleaning
Use mild cleaners and soft sponge
Thoroughly dry to prevent rust
Place the pan on the stove over low heat to evaporate any remaining moisture
Store in dry environment

Fill your pan half way with vinegar and the remaining half with water (be generous with water)
Let sit for 30 minutes
Drain and scrub with steel wool until it looks new again
Dry thoroughly and repeat "season" steps
