You may return or exchange your item within 45&nbsp;days of purchase, as long as it meets the following conditions:

ALVA customers get fast,&nbsp;free shipping on all orders over certain dollar amounts (fluctuates depending on certain dates and promotions).&nbsp;Other orders qualify for our discounted flat rate shipping of $7.00.
Please note that during holiday seasons, order processing will take 2 - 3 business days.&nbsp;Once your items have shipped, they will be delivered from our doorstep to yours between 3 - 7 business days.
Shipping Rate &amp; Delivery *All shipments are sent from Atlanta, GA. Orders ship between Sunday through Fridays excluding federal holidays.
Expedited Order Delivery Time:&nbsp;Expedited orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days from the ship date. Payment processing time is not included within this shipping estimated delivery window.&nbsp;
