Sustainability at Alva

At Alva, sustainability guides how we design, source, and produce our cookware — with a focus on durability, responsible sourcing, and controlled production.

Full Control, From Source to Customer

Our vertically integrated model allows us to manage everything from product development and sourcing to manufacturing and distribution. For in-house production, we operate a joint-venture cookware factory in China, ensuring full control over quality and standards. In Europe, we produce premium copper cookware in France at Baumalu, combining craftsmanship with performance. For sourced products, our teams in Hong Kong and Belgium work with carefully selected partners who meet strict environmental, ethical, and quality standards. Production is closely monitored and inspected according to internationally recognized AQL standards. (place the text next to the showroom image at the sustainability page) With our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia, and our U.S. office in St. Petersburg, Florida, we ensure efficient distribution and reliable delivery across the United States.
We continuously review our materials, partners, and processes to reduce our impact and improve transparency — from sourcing to packaging.

Solar Power

Our factory harnesses solar energy to power our production processes, significantly reducing our carbon footprint while maintaining the exceptional quality we're known for.

Water Conservation & Recycling

Our advanced in-house water filtration system maintains the highest quality standards while allowing us to reuse and recycle water throughout our manufacturing process, drastically reducing waste.

Cleaner  Air

We produce 60% less CO₂ during our curing phase compared to traditional methods. This significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions is part of our ongoing commitment to protect the environment without compromising quality.

Circular Economy Champions

We incorporate certified recycled materials throughout our manufacturing process, reducing demand for virgin resources and minimizing waste. Every Alva product actively contributes to the circular economy we're working to build.
